Access to Virtual Content
While the current programme is public-facing, access to virtual content, including the conference live stream and virtual poster presentations, will be limited to registered attendees for the duration of the event (7-9 September). Recordings and asynchronous content will be made publicly available once the event concludes. To register for the conference, please see here!
COVID-19 Provisions
Should the government mandate another nation-wide lockdown, AMLaP 2022 will be moved to an entirely virtual format. Unfortunately, short of government action, it would be impossible for us to financially sustain the conference without in-person attendance. That said, we're doing our best to remain Covid-aware as we prepare for in-person attendees:
We ask that guests wear masks throughout the conference:
Speakers may take their masks off when giving oral presentations
Poster presenters and those in the audience are asked to keep their masks on when they are not eating or drinking
We have tried to stagger and space out in-person poster presentations:
We have four, 1.5 hour poster sessions currently scheduled
No more than 50 poster presenters will be booked per time-slot
We will keep this space updated with any further COVID related information as it develops!
